Setup

We charge a once off setup fee, which varies according to your location and the actual hardware installed. The setup fee covers the following:

• Purchase and installation of the local backup storage device.
• Provision of storage at our off-site vault.
• Purchase, installation and setup of the backup software.

Ongoing charges

Our service starts at $A30 per month (plus GST) after setup costs.
